Product Return and Exchange Period :
If you receive a product with quality issues and wish to return it, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving the product and provide the following information: ‘name,’ ‘order number,’ ‘contact number,’ ‘name of product to be returned,’ ‘reason for return and photos.’ Customer service will assist you with the return and exchange process upon receiving this information. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Perishable food and beverages with short shelf lives (returns/cancellations made when the product is about to expire), custom-made items, magazines and books from the current month, items that have been opened, and personal hygiene products that have been opened.

Return Policy
Returned items must be unused, free from damage or defects caused by non-human factors, and not within the product's trial period. If the store has notified you, please retain the original packaging (including the outer cardboard box) in its entirety; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
Products that have been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt.
Returned products with damaged or incomplete packaging, or missing invoices or accessories.
Malicious or bulk returns.
Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide delivery time, contact information, and address → The store will arrange for logistics to collect the item.
Refund Policy
Credit card payments: After the return is confirmed, the refund will be directly credited to the original credit card account used for payment.
Cash on delivery: After confirming the successful return, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
